Francis Dolan Collins

Francis Dolan Collins was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.

Francis Collins was born in Saugerties, New York. He attended St. Josephs College, near Montrose, Pennsylvania before moving with his parents to Dinsmore. He attended Wyoming Seminary at Kingston, Pennsylvania.
